Celebrating Exceptional Performance – Quarterly Scorecard Winner!

We’re proud to announce the first-ever winner of our Quarterly Scorecard Program – a new initiative that recognizes outstanding performance by our Construction Managers and their teams.

Big congratulations to our Dawson Creek division! As the newest addition to the Arnett & Burgess family, Dawson Creek has quickly proven themselves through outstanding performance across all key performance areas of the program. Their leadership and teamwork have set the bar high!

To kick off the celebration, the team was awarded our WWF-inspired “World’s Best Construction Manager” belt – a symbol of performance that they can wear or display with pride! As part of program’s recognition, the winning team also receives $2,000.00. The Dawson Creek division has chosen to donate this amount in full to a local cause that reflects our shared values and reinforces our commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work.

This program isn’t just about numbers — it’s about the leadership, teamwork, and meaningful contributions behind them. Congratulations again to our Dawson Creek division!
