This month, we celebrate National Indigenous History Month as we recognize and honour the diverse cultures and rich history of Indigenous peoples.

As a company deeply rooted in the energy sector, we recognize the importance of understanding and respecting the unique relationship that Indigenous communities have with the land. We are committed to listening, learning and supporting Indigenous communities and fostering meaningful partnerships built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared vision for sustainable development to contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future.

As part of the Quanta Family of Companies, we embrace The Capacity Model™, developed as a bold and different approach to workplace safety. The Capacity Model™ aims to eliminate life-threatening, life-altering, and life-ending events by focusing on human performance and building the capacity to fail safely. It demands that we honestly assess reality so that successes don’t happen by chance and failures don’t kill us.

We have one simple and consuming goal: zero life-threatening, life-altering, or life-ending events.

We recognize our office teams today for #AdministrativeProfessionalsDay and appreciate all the individuals who keep our offices running smoothly daily.

From reception to accounting to HR and everything in between, thank you for your support and for being part of the A&B Family!

This weekend, we celebrate Easter, a beautiful season of renewal, hope, and joyful celebrations.

Happy Easter from all of us!

As we in Alberta have seen our spring season kick off with a reminder that winter isn’t yet ready to move on, we are staying positive and reflecting on our community spirit over the past few months!

From collecting essential items for those in need to supporting various youth and adult winter sports as well as organizations providing health and wellness services to members of their local communities. We are grateful for the opportunity to have supported these initiatives and organizations in the communities where we work.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone that contributed, volunteered and showed their support! We love this photo of our fellow A&B team members out in the community!

On #InternationalWomensDay, we express our gratitude to the hard-working and dedicated women on our team who, every day, contribute to the success of our company.

We appreciate your efforts and the positive impact you have on our team. Thank you!

Today is Pink Shirt Day, an anti-bullying movement that stemmed from an act of kindness organized by two high-school students in small-town Nova Scotia 14 years ago and of which is now celebrated across the globe.

A&B is proud to support Pink Shirt Day and the collective mission to create a more kind, inclusive world through raising awareness for anti-bullying initiatives, including in schools, homes, workplaces, and online. Learn more about Pink Shirt Day here.

We foster an environment that values professional and personal well-being and work-life harmony. This long weekend, we encourage each other to relax and rejuvenate with those we call family!
