SCOPE OF WORK: 35km of 20” steel gas line which started east of Watford City in predominantly farmland, ranch land and progressed west through rugged terrain and steep slopes bordering on National Grassland Reserve.

CHALLENGES/UNIQUENESS: Pipeline crossed major canyons, ravines and creeks, required both conventional pipeline methods and large boring equipment. Large number of field bends and mitered weld fittings were utilized due to project complexity. Bird nesting season was a challenge during this project requiring sensitivity to be strictly adhered to.
